SOL is launching our 2016 Summer Photo contest! Please submit your best photos from your study abroad experience. Cash prizes include $250, $150 or $100!

PHOTO CONTEST INSTRUCTIONS:

1) ELIGIBILITY

• - All SOL 2016 Summer students can submit their photos.
• - All contest participants must 'LIKE' our Facebook page to be eligible to win: www.facebook.com/solabroad

2) HOW TO SUBMIT

• - Email your best photos from your 2016 summer study abroad experience to [email protected]. Only photos sent to this address will be considered. 
• - VERY IMPORTANT: You must email the original, high quality photo. We will NOT accept a reduced size photo.
• - You are encouraged to submit more than one photo.
• - SUBJECT of the email should read "2016 SUM Photo Contest - YOUR NAME"
• - BODY of the email should include: your name, your country & session, the SOL activity it was taken during, and a brief - description of the photo (tell a story, quote, etc.). Copy & paste the text below into your email:  

3) HOW TO VOTE

• - Submitted photos will be placed in the Facebook album "SOL Photo Contest (Summer 2016)"
• - Vote by clicking 'LIKE' on the photos you like best. You can vote for as many photos as you want!
• - Anyone who has a Facebook page is welcome to vote. We encourage you to ask your friends & family to share your photo! **HINT: This is how people win!**
• - Votes must be made on the original post in the SOL photo album, not any shared posts.

 4) DATES:

• - July 1st: Accepting submissions. Voting begins!
• - Sept 2nd: Last day to submit photos. Must be emailed by 4:00 pm CST.
• - Sept 6th: Last day to vote. Voting ends at 5:00 pm CST.
• - Sept 8th: Winner Announced!

 5) PRIZES:

• - 1st Place: $250 cash!
• - 2nd Place: $150 cash!
• - 3rd Place: $100 cash!
• - Top 3 finalists will be eligible to have their photo included in our next catalog

NOTE: Photo and Video Release: By submitting a photo to our photo contest, you consent that the use of your photographs, photographs or video footage that you are in, and your comments about Sol Education Abroad may be used by Sol Education Abroad for marketing and publicity purposes. Also, participating and entering in this promotion is considered a complete release of Facebook by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgement that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Sol Education Abroad reserves the right to refuse any photos not deemed appropriate, and select the winning photos, regardless of the vote count. Only one photo per person is eligible to win.
