We were thrilled that the trips were all included in the expenses and our son really only needed money for souvenirs. The teaching at the Universities was great and his Spanish improved tremendously. Now I have first hand experience with the talented, kind, and compassionate directors you provide. Our daughter, Annie, had a difficult transition. It was touch and go for a week or so, but Janiva Cifuentes-Hiss and her team were able to help Annie work through her issues. They kept in contact with us, kept an eye out for Annie, and even had a sweet student invite Annie out, which was a big turning point for Annie. Annie's host family was supportive and kind and Annie grew close to them as the weeks passed. In the end, just as Aaron and Lauren said she would, Annie made great friends and experienced first hand that she can work through just about anything.
